Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is currently seeking a:

Maître d’Hôtel / Restaurant Manager (M/F) in Paris

This 5-star hotel in Paris features 50 rooms and suites, a spa, a bar, and a neo-bistronomic restaurant, perfectly embodying Parisian Chic.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to supervise a team of 3 Chefs de Rang and 2 Commis de Salle for the evening service.
  • Contributing to the development and retention of the clientele.
  • Managing the setup, cleaning, and organization of equipment and the service area.
  • Applying hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
  • Mastering the menu and having a thorough knowledge of the products.
  • Leading the operational restaurant team.
  • Having knowledge of wine and spirits.

Profile sought:

  • A strong sense of service, attention to detail, and hospitality, with a keen understanding of client needs.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Team management skills.
  • Knowledge of PI software is a plus.
  • WST2 or WST3 level highly appreciated.

Conditions:

  • Salary: €2800 gross per month
  • Full-time permanent position – 39 hours per week
  • Continuous shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:18 AM
  • 50% reimbursement of public transport subscriptions
  • Consecutive days off
