Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a specialized agency for high-end hospitality and fine dining roles, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for an establishment in Paris.
Located in the heart of Paris, this venue is more than just a restaurant: it’s a celebration of the sea in a trendy and welcoming setting. Fresh oysters, refined cocktails, and an inventive menu make this spot a must-visit for gastronomy enthusiasts and those seeking unique dining experiences.
This modern, laid-back gastro restaurant operates 7/7 for lunch and dinner, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
The venue accommodates 45 seated guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dining service, including cash management, customer follow-up, delivery control, and reservation management.
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team (2 senior servers and another manager working alongside the owner).
Conditions:
- Two consecutive days off.
- Salary: €2,500 net/month + attractive tips.
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI).
- Schedule: 2 split shifts and 3 continuous shifts.
- Start date: ASAP.
