RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality and catering, is seeking a

RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) – Paris

A bistronomic restaurant with Asian flavors, part of a young, independent group founded by Michelin-trained chef-owners.

Environment:
Open 7 days a week – 400 m² space – 90 indoor seats + 25 on the terrace

Your team: a Manager, an Assistant, a Bartender, two Waiters, and one Runner
Average team age: 28–29 years old


Main Responsibilities:

You will oversee daily operations, team management, orders, and reservations.

– Welcome and advise guests (in person & by phone)
– Take orders, serve at tables, and respond to guest requests
– Build customer loyalty by embodying the restaurant’s values
– Ensure standards and restaurant presentation are maintained at all times

You will represent and embody the image the establishment wishes to convey to both its staff and clientele.
Management style is kind, trust-based, and focused on promoting from within whenever possible.

The Restaurant Manager is fully responsible for the restaurant operations:
– Closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, tip distribution, etc.
– Must be the last to leave the premises and ensure the restaurant is properly secured each night.


Profile:

– Rigorous, versatile, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, autonomy, availability
– Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
– Team spirit and sense of initiative
– Proven experience in upscale or trendy dining required
Fluency in English is a plus
Knowledge of oenology (wine basics) appreciated

Conditions:

– Days off: Sunday and Monday
– Salary: €2,900 – €3,200 gross/month, depending on profile
(+ possible performance bonus based on turnover and experience)

  • Tips (~€500/month)
    Bonus eligibility after 3 months:
    Monthly performance bonus based on sales (two tiers: €150 / €300 – paid on the next payslip)
