Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality and catering, is looking for a client:
Head Chef (M/F)
Ideally based in Paris, this ultra-chic 5* hotel opened in 2021 and features around 50 rooms and suites, with a restaurant seating approximately 40 guests.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in charge of all food operations across the hotel’s outlets (restaurant, bar, room service). The banqueting operations are managed by an external caterer.
Your team currently comprises 7 people in the kitchen/pastry department (an 8th position is open).
The restaurant accommodates 40 guests per service:

Lunch: Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 14:00

Dinner: Monday to Sunday, 19:00 – 22:00
Profile & Requirements:

As Head Chef, you organize and coordinate the work of your team.

You establish schedules, manage orders and stock, oversee service, and develop menus in collaboration

Your personality, professionalism, and expertise contribute daily to guest satisfaction.

Adaptable, flexible, with strong leadership skills to motivate your team.

Team spirit and a capacity for training and mentoring.

High level of professionalism, creativity, and passion.

Conditions:

Permanent contract (CDI), managerial status with forfait jour
