Resident Head Chef (M/F) – Paris
Restaurant ideally located in Paris
Concept
Resident Chef position within a neo-bistronomic / fooding DNA concept
Establishment open 5 days a week
Environment

Open kitchen, fully equipped

Seating capacity: 45–50 guests

Average covers per evening: 60–77

Average spend: €60
Opening Hours

Lunch: Tuesday to Friday, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm

Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm

Closed: Sunday and Monday

Deliver high-quality cuisine

Profile

You are effective at helping others grow and enjoy sharing your skills and experience

You have a solid first experience in a similar role or are a confirmed Sous-Chef

Dynamic and creative, you enjoy challenges and demonstrate strong rigor
Conditions

Start date: Between May and July (flexible within this 3-month window)

Salary: €700 weekly fees + 2% of turnover (self-employed status required)

Days off: 2 consecutive days (Sunday & Monday)
