Concept: Resident Chef, neo-bistronomic/fooding concept → establishment open 5/7 days, evenings only
Environment:

Open kitchen, fully equipped

Seating: 45–50 covers

Average evening covers: 60–77

Average ticket: €60
Opening hours:
-
Lunch: Tuesday to Friday, 12:30–14:00

Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday, 19:30–22:30

Closed: Sunday and Monday

Fresh products sourced from small French producers (2 starters, 2 fish, 2 meat, 2 desserts)
Your MISSION, if you accept it:

Deliver high-quality cuisine

Work positively and openly with your team (3 in the kitchen + 1 dishwasher)

Profile:

Significant previous experience in a similar position or confirmed sous-chef

Dynamic, creative, with a passion for challenges

Rigorous and meticulous in all aspects of work
Conditions:

Start date: February 1st (3-month engagement)

Salary: €700 weekly fee + 2% of turnover (self-employed status)

Days off: 2 consecutive days, Sunday and Monday
