RHEA Recrutement, a recruitment specialist in the hospitality and restaurant sector, is looking for its client, ADN, a rapidly growing artisan specialty coffee roastery, to hire a B2B Sales / Business Developer.
Your Mission

Qualify and prospect professional clients (phone calls, meetings, cold calling)

Develop sales of specialty coffee and equipment to restaurants, cafés, and hotels

Organize and lead roastery tours
-
Participate in professional events and industry trade shows

Build and grow a strong network of contacts

Report on your commercial activity to management
Candidate Profile
-
Knowledge of the coffee or restaurant sector from a business perspective (margins, constraints, how a business operates)

Ideally, field experience or willingness to move from operational work to business development

Perfect French (native speaker or fully integrated foreign candidate)

Dynamic, curious, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships

Conditions

Contract: Permanent (CDI), 39 hours/week

Salary: €33,000 – €40,000 gross/year depending on profile + commission on generated margin (to be defined)
