Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment firm specialized in hospitality and food service professions, is currently looking for an Executive Head Chef – Paris.

A newly established, ambitious restaurant with a strong culinary vision is seeking an experienced and creative Executive Head Chef. This strategic role is designed for a profile capable of structuring a kitchen, embodying a vision, and leading a truly modern gastronomic project.

📍 Location: Paris (confidential address, shared with shortlisted candidates only)

Profile sought:

  • Proven experience in gastronomy, bistronomy, or contemporary cuisine

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, oversee service, and structure kitchen operations

  • Creative, rigorous, autonomous, with a strong product-driven culinary culture

  • A genuine desire to invest in an ambitious project currently under development

Conditions:

  • €47,000 gross annual salary

  • Approx. €400 net/month in tips

  • €800/year transportation allowance

  • €4,000 gross annual performance bonus, unlockable quarterly, based on three criteria:

    1. Revenue

    2. Payroll control

    3. Food cost management

From mid-March: opening Wednesday to Sunday, with team rotation allowing only 4 working days per week
(1 Sunday worked per month), otherwise 3 consecutive days off.

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Contract: Permanent (CDI)
