Job Description
RHEA, a recruitment firm specializing in Hospitality and Catering professions, is hiring for the position of:
RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris,
Italian Trendy Restaurant open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, and only for lunch on Sundays Intimate underground cocktail bar
Average daily attendance: 150 covers (100 in the evening) Average spend per customer: €75 excluding tax
Front of House Team: 10 people including 1 manager, 1 assistant, and restaurant supervisors
Kitchen Team: 10 people
Your MISSION: Management:
- Coordinating team work;
- Managing flow with the kitchen;
- Assigning tasks and activities;
- Supervising service-related activities;
- Inventory and daily/periodic task preparation;
- Conducting briefings, welcoming and integrating staff;
- Handling customer and/or staff conflicts;
- Direct involvement in service activities as needed;
- Monitoring service flow;
- Communication and liaison between departments;
- Supervising front of house staff during service;
- Implementing team strategies and objectives.
50% floor work with teams and 50% back office responsibilities
PROFILE REQUIRED: You are a strong team manager and fluent in English. You have significant experience in trendy and conceptual environments.
CONDITIONS: Salary: €3000 net/month plus based on profile Status: managerial (218 days) Full-time permanent contract 2 consecutive days off: Sunday and Monday Starting date: as soon as possible
