BAKER (M/F) USA
Based in the United States, this family-owned group of artisanal bakeries and patisseries, which we have proudly supported for 8 years, is renowned for the excellence of its products. Combining French know-how with boundless creativity, their creations are made from fresh, organic, local, and seasonal ingredients. It’s the ideal setting for passionate gastronomy professionals looking to take part in a culinary adventure inspired by French tradition while exploring new flavors.
Under the supervision of the French pastry chef, your main Missions and Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the production, finishing, and baking of various breads and viennoiseries in the appropriate quantities.
- Mastering all stages of bread production following technical sheets (kneading, shaping, dividing).
- Ensuring the quality control of products (averaging 10,000 breads/week plus viennoiseries).
- Participating in the preparation, finishing, and baking of products.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and expiration dates (DLC).
- Cleaning the bakery in its entirety.
Your primary mission is the production of breads and viennoiseries according to order quantities. Strong knowledge of both traditional and specialty breads is required for product development.

Conditions:
- VISA: The current visa cost is $4,300, paid by the candidate, but reimbursed as follows:
- 50% reimbursed in the first year ($180 per month).
- The remaining 50% reimbursed in the second year ($180 per month).
- Start date: As soon as possible (allow approximately 3 months for visa processing).
- Your salary will be $48,000 per year (excluding taxes) plus accommodation covered by the company up to $9,000 or housing provided in an individual house -> total package $57,000 per year.
- Health insurance covered at 50% with Kaiser.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation per year (variable depending on the year).
- 20% discount on store products.
- One meal per day provided at the workplace.
- Round-trip airfare paid by the company.
- Working hours: 5/7 days (with possibly 2 night shifts and the rest from 7 AM to 4 PM).
- Days off: two consecutive days.
- Contract: 2 years.
