Job Description

RHEA Recrutement, a specialized recruitment agency in hospitality and catering, is looking for a

RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) – Paris

A bistronomic restaurant with Asian flavors, part of a young independent group.

Environment:

  • Open 7 days a week

  • 400 m² space, 90 indoor seats & 25 on the terrace

  • Team: 1 director, 1 assistant, 1 bartender, 2 head waiters, and 1 runner

  • Young team: average age 28-29 years

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service, team management, orders, and reservations

  • Welcome and advise customers (both in-person and by phone)

  • Take orders, serve at tables, and attend to customer requests

  • Foster customer loyalty by engaging with them in line with the restaurant’s values

  • Ensure compliance with restaurant standards and maintain an excellent environment

Profile Sought:

  • Organized, versatile, entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a strong team spirit

  • Proven experience in high-end or trendy restaurants

  • Fluent English is a plus

  • More than just experience, your personality and enthusiasm will set you apart!

Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 3 split shifts, 2 full shifts

  • Salary: €3,200 net/month + tips (~€500)

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday (2 consecutive days)
