Job Description

RHEA Recrutement, a recruitment agency specialized in the hospitality and restaurant industry, is seeking for the upcoming opening of a 4-star hotel located in a prestigious and historic area of Paris:

2 RECEPTIONISTS (M/F)

The property:
A high-end, discreet hotel with a strong identity and highly personalized service, located in a site rich in history. An elegant boutique hotel with a refined and intimate atmosphere.

The team:

  • The hotel is managed by an experienced and hands-on General Manager

  • Reception team composed of 3 receptionists and night auditors

  • Close collaboration with other departments

  • Housekeeping is outsourced to a specialized company

The position:

  • Alternating shifts: one week morning (7am – 3pm) / one week afternoon (1pm – 7pm)

  • Calm working environment with a demanding and mostly international clientele

  • Use of Mews and Dedge as reception systems

Profile sought:

  • A first successful experience in upscale or luxury hospitality

  • Impeccable presentation, great attention to detail, and strong sense of service

  • Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written

  • Serious, reliable, able to embody the elegance of the property while remaining approachable and natural

Conditions:

  • Full-time permanent contract (CDI) – 39 hours/week

  • Gross monthly salary: €2500 to €2700 (12-month basis)

  • Health insurance

  • Meal vouchers

  • Shift rotation may alternate every week or every two weeks

  • Position to be filled immediately

  • Start date: ASAP
