Are you passionate about gastronomy and eager to join an ambitious and innovative culinary adventure? We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join our Head Office Culinary Team in the heart of Paris.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will be the operational pillar of the culinary department, ensuring excellence, consistency, and innovation across all establishments.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Quality
-
Regularly audit kitchens to ensure compliance with culinary standards.

Implement procedures and best practices across all locations in France and internationally.

Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure quality and consistency of raw materials.
Creation & Innovation
-
Support the development of new recipes and seasonal or special menus.

Write and validate technical sheets to ensure proper application by the chefs.

Monitor culinary trends to keep our offerings at the forefront.
Management & Training
-
Train and mentor kitchen teams to develop their technical and managerial skills.

Support the integration of new chefs and the opening of new restaurants.

Identify training needs and propose tailored development modules.
Management & Support
-
Monitor food costs and implement corrective actions if needed.

Maintain communication with international teams, adapting standards as required while preserving brand identity.
Your Profile
-
Culinary degree (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS in Hospitality & Catering).
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Culinary Trainer, ideally in multi-site or international settings.

Mastery of cooking techniques, HACCP standards, and strong teaching skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.

Fluent in English for international collaboration.
