RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for an
Assistant Manager (M/F) in Paris
Environment: Relaxed atmosphere & a neo-fooding/wine bar kitchen open only in the evenings, 7 days a week. Casual and delicate ambiance, open kitchen, stone walls, contemporary light wood furniture, stylized industrial wall sconces.
Your MISSION if you choose to accept it:
The position is hands-on;
In close collaboration with the Chef and the Director, you will animate the dining area.
You take pleasure in pleasing others, are close to customers and teams.
You enjoy working in a relaxed yet professional environment.
An appreciation for wine is a real plus.
Participate in the life of the service.
Profile sought:
Rigor, versatility, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, autonomy, availability, excellent interpersonal skills, commercial sense, team spirit.
You have significant experience in high-end/trendy dining.
The position is open to a junior profile seeking their first managerial role.

Conditions:
Hours: evenings only
Days off: two consecutive days
Salary: 2500-2750 euros net/month plus tips
Hiring date: ASAP
