About the Company:
Opening at the end of this year / beginning of next year, a high-end French bakery specializing in natural leavened bread and pastries. The bakery works exclusively with young and mature starters (wheat, rye, Khorasan, small spelt) and panettone starter for select pastries, creating authentic, refined, and exceptional products.
The Position:

Produce breads and pastries according to French standards.

Participate in product creation and development for the boutique and B2B.

Maintain consistent quality while meeting production volumes.

Collaborate with the team and share bakery techniques (12 people in the lab).
Candidate Profile:

Bakery diploma (CAP, BP, or higher); motivated beginners are welcome.

Experience in boutique bakeries in France or internationally.

Mastery of French bakery and pastry basics.

Attention to detail and ability to handle production volumes.

Creative, rigorous, passionate, and committed.

Minimum English required (spoken/written); Spanish is a plus.

Valid French passport + 1-year work visa (cost shared 50/50 with the company).
