Corporate Assistant Chef – Operations (M/F) | Paris

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Sous Chef to join a prestigious gastronomic establishment. This key position involves managing and developing a new activity focused on organizing culinary events, themed dinners, and video shoots, in collaboration with a renowned team.

Main Responsibilities

1. Kitchen Organization & Setup

  • Structure the space and organize the necessary equipment
  • Manage inventory and equipment needs
  • Oversee kitchen and dishwashing organization

2. Management of Culinary Events (Groups up to 25 people)

  • Design menus highlighting Parisian terroir products
  • Develop technical sheets and monitor costs
  • Organize kitchen prep and ensure seamless event execution
  • Supervise the kitchen team and ensure high-end service

3. Themed Dinner Organization

  • Define seasonal dinner themes (game, black truffle, producer discoveries, etc.)
  • Propose and test 4-course menus
  • Manage team organization and kitchen prep
  • Ensure quality and consistency in culinary experiences

4. Supervision of Culinary YouTube Shoots

  • Create and write recipes suitable for a broad audience
  • Prepare mise en place and participate in shoots
  • Manage ingredient sourcing and cost control

5. Participation in External Events

  • Contribute to exclusive dinners and events in France or abroad
  • Oversee operational teams across the group’s restaurants

Profile Sought

  • Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity
  • Ability to lead a team and manage service operations
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy
  • Strong understanding and adherence to a specific culinary culture
  • Fluency in French and English

Job Conditions

  • Permanent contract (CDI), executive status
  • Salary: €54,000 gross per year (revised after the probation period)
  • Location: Paris
  • Availability: ASAP
