Head Baker (M/F) Lisbon


The level of creativity for this concept will be very original, with a beautiful 3rd flagship store to come!

Within a team of 2 bakers, the candidate will be responsible for bread production (excluding viennoiserie).

The baker must demonstrate responsibility in shaping, oven loading, and bread baking. The establishment offers a beautiful range of sourdough bread made from organic flour imported from France, which will appeal to a baker passionate about his craft.

The candidate will also participate in the collective effort to maintain the bakery and its equipment.

Bakery on the ground floor (natural light).

Profile sought:

Good, rather classic career path, with serious technical skills. Well-organized executive, capable of training, delegating, and managing a production team of 2 people. Experience working abroad would be a plus. Flexible, easily adaptable, and compassionate character. Motivated and passionate about the profession.

Note(s): Evolutive position as there is a plan to open 3 other stores in this country and then expand to other European capitals (Madrid, Amsterdam…).

Conditions: Start date: ASAP Contract type and duration: Permanent contract Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (to be confirmed) Salary: 2700 – 3000 euros net (depending on profile) Visa: (Eurozone)

No accommodation available, but an Airbnb for two months upon arrival, while the person finds their accommodation.
