HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris Lifestyle hotel with 40 rooms, a renowned group in France and internationally Restaurant offering a neo-fooding bistronomic cuisine
Environment: Open 7 days a week, 42 seating capacity Team: 10 staff in the kitchen, including 2 sous-chefs Average of 30 covers for lunch and 50 for dinner Open kitchen, friendly/professional environment
