HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Neuilly-sur-Seine
The restaurant operates 7 days a week with continuous service, offering a neo-bistronomic/fooding cuisine—a cuisine of the moment… Using only fresh ingredients.
Bonus: You will be joining an independent and rapidly expanding group that already encompasses 5 restaurants.
Environment: Number of team members: 5 people Number of covers per service: approximately 100 covers in summer and between 65 and 80 covers in winter Average ticket: around 45 euros
Single-level kitchen with new equipment and a basement lab.
Profile: You are a passionate chef who loves to create and wishes to add a twist to certain dishes. Passionate about your profession, you ensure the quality of the products.
You also manage the monitoring of your stocks.
