Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency is looking for a

HEAD CHEF (M/F) West Paris

Wine bar restaurant open for 3 years, 6/7 (closed on Sundays), part of a family-owned group (4 restaurants in the 92)

Plus: Human-oriented group, environmentally respectful, seasonal focus, opportunity to visit the market three times a week, emphasis on local producers.

The restaurant is open 6/7 (closed on Sundays) with 70 indoor seats (3 rooms) and 32 outdoor seats.

Blank canvas, small open kitchen, charcoal oven, and a cold room in the basement.

Average check: 50 euros

60 covers for lunch and dinner on average. The team consists of 4 people per shift.

Good mastery of a charcoal oven!!

Hours: continuous ONLY (39-hour contract respected), ideally working 2 evenings and 3 mornings or vice versa. Salary: 3000 net for a junior per month. Days off: 2 consecutive days, Sunday and Monday or Saturday and Sunday, as preferred. Start date: As soon as possible to allow for a smooth transition with the current chef.
