HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris
The restaurant operates only in the evenings, from Tuesday to Saturday, offering creative and refined dishes, with a relaxed gastronomic approach / Author’s cuisine. Open kitchen (counter) using only fresh products, focused on vegetables.
Small menu, and tasting menu -> Michelin star potential
Young & dynamic team (3 kitchen staff plus 1 dishwasher)

Conditions:
Salary: €3000-€3500 Net/Month
Hours: evenings only
Rest days: Sundays and Mondays
