Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for a

HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris

A 4-star hotel restaurant/wine bar offering neo-fooding cuisine inspired by the chef-owner’s international travels.

For one of its delightful Parisian addresses, you will work closely with the chef-owner in developing the menu: you will need to be proactive in making suggestions.

Environment
Open kitchen
48 seated places / Limited menu
Average ticket: 45 euros

Restaurant open every day for lunch and dinner
Very stable team in place, 8/10 people including dishwasher

Conditions:

Continuous working hours ONLY

Days OFF: Sunday & Monday

Salary: according to profile: 3000-3200€ Net/month
