Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a Chef de Cuisine (M/F) in Paris.


Trendy and casual restaurant (service like at home), part of a family-owned group Open 7 days a week, offering seasonal French cuisine with vibrant flavors, carte blanche (Group expanding with 3 restaurants)

Open Monday to Sunday (brunch offered on Sundays)

Brigade: 10 staff members: one head chef, two sous chefs, one pastry chef, and 5/6 Chef de Partie Lunch: 20 covers (excluding terrace) -> 40 more with terrace Dinner: early week 90 covers and end of week: 150/200 covers Average ticket: lunch €45, dinner €70

Possibility to bring your own sous chef (salary €2,600 net, mix of 2 split shifts and 3 continuous shifts)
