HEAD CHEF (M/F) Paris

Bistronomic restaurant in Paris offering an identity centered around classic French bourgeois cuisine // Creating a menu of gourmet French cuisine with beautiful ingredients

Perfectly equipped establishment

The restaurant is open 5 days a week from Monday to Friday

Environment:

Team of 4 people in the kitchen. (the team is great) Ground floor kitchen, spacious and bright. Recently renovated. €30 TM at lunchtime and €60+ in the evening 30 to 50 covers at lunch / 30 to 50 covers in the evening

Missions: menu creation stock monitoring planning management of purchasing costs management of a brigade of 5 people possibility of press communication on the chef as well

Conditions: Start date: mid-May/June Type of contract: Permanent Salary €2800 – €3000 net/month Working hours: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
