HEAD CHEF (M/F) – WEST PARIS Opening scheduled for MAY of the brand-new restaurant of the Group! Gastronomic menu co-signed by a Michelin-starred Chef, the establishment will be open 7 days a week.

Offering a refined gastronomic experience within a historic setting.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the team, overseeing the entire kitchen, and upholding the image and spirit of the group. -> Team to be built (17-20 staff including dishwashers) Estimated service: 130-180 covers TM: €45/€47 for lunch TM: €50/€55 for dinner
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing creative and innovative menus based on seasons and culinary trends in collaboration with the group’s executive chef
- Supervising and coordinating kitchen activities
- Ensuring the quality of dishes served while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Managing food supplies and stocks
Skills:
- Excellent mastery of cooking and culinary techniques
- Ability to manage a team while ensuring quality service
- Supervisory skills to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Proper food handling and adherence to hygiene rules
- Knowledge of the restaurant sector and front-of-house service
- Strong leadership to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
