RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is looking for a

HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris

For one of its delightful Parisian establishments, a restaurant/bar within a 4-star hotel offering a neo-fooding cuisine inspired by the international travels of the group’s chef owner. You will work closely with him in developing the menu, so being proactive and innovative is essential.

Environment Open kitchen concept Seating for 48 guests / Small Menu Average Ticket: 45 euros

Restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner Stable team in place: 8/10 people including dishwasher

Possibility to come with own sous chef (evening schedule only 2400 net)

Profile

Passionate about your craft, you ensure the quality of the products You also manage your stocks Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure?

Conditions:

Schedule: continuous ONLY

Days OFF: Sunday & Monday

Salary: according to profile: 3500€ Net/month
