HEAD CHEF (M/F) in Paris
The restaurant has been open for 7 years (with the same chef for your information) and operates 7 days a week with continuous service, offering neo-bistronomic/fooding cuisine, a cuisine of the moment… Only fresh products
The plus: you will join an independent group in full expansion which already includes 5 restaurants
Environment: Number of team members: 15 people Number of covers per service: 400/day on average Average ticket: around 35 euros
Profile: You are a passionate chef who loves to create and wants to reinvent certain dishes. Passionate about your profession, you are the guarantor of product quality.
You will also be responsible for stock management.
