HEAD CHEF (M/F) – Paris

This restaurant, open for 7 years and led by the same chef since the beginning, operates 7 days a week with continuous service, offering neo-bistronomic and fooding cuisine, emphasizing fresh products.
Advantages: You will join an independent group in full expansion, currently comprising 5 restaurants.
Environment:
- Team: 15 people
- Number of covers per service: around 400 per day
- Average ticket: around 35 euros
Profile:
- You are a passionate and creative chef, eager to revisit certain dishes.
- You ensure the quality of products and manage stock levels.
- You are looking to invest in an exciting adventure.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing an establishment with continuous service, including hours up to 4-5am on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a high level of service under pressure.
Conditions:
- Hours: mainly mornings, from Monday to Friday
- Salary: 3500-4000 euros net/month
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday or Sunday & Monday
- Position to be filled immediately
