Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a Head Chef (M/F) in Paris.

Brasserie operating 7 days a week with continuous service, offering French bistro cuisine.


  • Team: 9 people including the head chef
  • Lunch covers: approximately 40-50
  • Dinner covers: 80-100
  • Average lunch ticket: around 35 euros
  • Average dinner ticket: 50 euros
  • Lunch formula: starter and main or main and dessert for 20 euros

Profile Sought:

  • You are a passionate and creative chef, eager to reinvent certain dishes.
  • You ensure the quality of products and manage stock follow-up.
  • You wish to invest yourself in an exciting adventure.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing an establishment with continuous service, including hours extending to 4-5 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Ability to manage a team and maintain a high level of service.


  • Hours: mornings, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: 3800-4000 euros net/month
  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday
  • Position to be filled: early or mid-July at the latest
