Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a high-end hospitality and restaurant recruitment agency, is seeking a Head Chef (M/F) in Paris.
Brasserie operating 7 days a week with continuous service, offering French bistro cuisine.
Environment:
- Team: 9 people including the head chef
- Lunch covers: approximately 40-50
- Dinner covers: 80-100
- Average lunch ticket: around 35 euros
- Average dinner ticket: 50 euros
- Lunch formula: starter and main or main and dessert for 20 euros
Profile Sought:
- You are a passionate and creative chef, eager to reinvent certain dishes.
- You ensure the quality of products and manage stock follow-up.
- You wish to invest yourself in an exciting adventure.
- Proven experience in leading and managing an establishment with continuous service, including hours extending to 4-5 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a high level of service.
Conditions:
- Hours: mornings, Monday to Friday
- Salary: 3800-4000 euros net/month
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday
- Position to be filled: early or mid-July at the latest
