HEAD CHEF (M/F) – Near Paris / West (accessible by metro)
This restaurant has just opened its doors after 5 months of renovations, offering neo-bistronomic and fooding cuisine, with a focus on fresh products.
Open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday.
The Advantages: Carte blanche, everything is to be created
Environment: Team: 3 people (a head chef, a sous chef to be recruited, plus a dishwasher). Depending on activity, a commis may also be hired. 50 seats indoors, 30 seats on the terrace, and a private table downstairs Number of covers per service: 50 for lunch and 10-20 in the evening Average ticket: around 60 euros
Profile Sought: You are a passionate and creative chef, eager to revisit certain dishes. You guarantee the quality of the products and ensure stock management. You wish to invest in an exciting adventure.
Conditions: Hours: Monday to Friday with split shifts initially, transitioning to continuous shifts over time Salary: 3000-3500 euros net/month Days off: Saturday & Sunday Position available from July 18 (possible two-week closure in August)
