Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, a Recruitment Agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is looking for

HEAD CHEF (M/F) for Paris West

A restaurant located in West Paris offering creative, neo-bistronomic cuisine with a focus on market and seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant is open 4.5 days a week (closed on Sundays, Mondays, and for lunch on Tuesdays). The kitchen is open to the dining area, featuring excellent equipment (Charvet oven, Pacojet, etc.).

You will have complete creative freedom while maintaining the restaurant’s spirit.

  • Average Covers: 60 per day
  • Average Ticket: €70-75 (menu at €25 for lunch)

Your responsibilities will include managing stock, handling orders, kitchen management, and technical sheets.

The team consists of 5 people in the kitchen, including 1 dishwasher (three full-time staff + a dishwasher and an apprentice). (The previous chef had been in the position for 2.5 years.)

Conditions:

  • Position: Executive
  • Salary: €3,200-3,500 Net/Month (depending on profile) before tax
  • Hours: 4 split shifts and evening service on Tuesday, with the possibility of an additional half-day from time to time.
  • Days Off: 2.5 consecutive days: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning.
