RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in the Hospitality and Catering sector, invites you to join a unique culinary adventure as a Chef de Cuisine (M/F) in an exceptional neo-gastronomic restaurant, ideally located in Paris, at the heart of a vibrant neighborhood.

We are a family group consisting of four establishments.

Our restaurant aims for gastronomic excellence with an ambitious goal: to earn a Michelin star (though this is not mandatory). Your creativity and passion for cooking will be the keys to your success.

Restaurant Details:

  • Capacity: 35 seats on the ground floor, with a private dining room and a friendly atmosphere for lunches and dinners.
  • Service: Currently serving about 30 covers per service, with a target of 80 covers per day.
  • Average Ticket: €85 (plus for the privatized space), aiming for €90-100 for our gastronomic creations.
  • Opening Hours: Enjoy a work-life balance with opening days from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Team:

  • Kitchen Staff: A dynamic brigade of 6 members, along with a dishwasher and a talented pastry chef from Toutain.
  • Service Staff: A team of 4 passionate servers.

Restaurant Features:

  • Open Kitchen: Share your culinary expertise directly with our guests around 4 high tables.
  • High-End Equipment: Big Green Egg barbecue available for delicious and unique creations.
  • Diverse Menu: A mix of gastronomy and bistro-style dishes, featuring innovative daily specials to delight every palate.
  • Attractive Offers: Provide an unforgettable dining experience with a main course priced at €32 and a dessert at €59.

Conditions:

  • Start Date: Ideally early January, with the possibility of starting mid-December.
  • Salary: €3,500 net per month.
  • Hours: Enjoy a balanced schedule with a mix of continuous and split shifts.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday.
