RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in roles within the Hospitality and Catering sectors, is currently seeking a Head Chef (M/F) for a position based in Paris.

Position Details:

  • Location: Independent group with 4 establishments in Paris
  • Cuisine Style: Trendy Italian restaurant, open 7 days a week, with continuous service from lunch through dinner
  • Menu Signature: Created by an Italian chef
  • Guest Capacity: 200-300 covers per day
  • Kitchen Team Size: 10 members

Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from preparation to plating. This role calls for a genuine passion for Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, with the skill to craft original dishes inspired by traditional Italian recipes while incorporating your own creative touch.

Conditions:

  • Work Hours: Alternating shifts with breaks and continuous services
  • Salary: €3,500 net per month + variable bonus up to €4,000 net per month
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent (CDI), 45 hours per week
  • Days Off: 2 consecutive days (Sunday and Monday)
  • Start Date: ASAP or early next year
