- A refined French traditional and classic menu co-signed by a Michelin-starred Chef.
- Open 7 days a week, offering a neo-gastronomic experience in a historic setting.
- Team size: 17 staff members (including dishwashers), with 7-8 team members per service.
- Average covers per service: 130-180.
- Average ticket price: €45-47 (lunch), €50-55 (dinner).
🎯 Your role:
As Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, oversee all culinary operations, and uphold the image and values of the group.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities.
- Ensure top-quality dishes are served, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train and mentor the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Manage inventory and food supplies.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Executive Chef and Consulting Chef for menu development.

💶 Position details:
- Start date: As soon as possible.
