A dynamic establishment open 7 days a week, offering creative, seasonal cuisine—simple, comforting, and full of bold flavors.
✨ Signature cuisine
🔥 Ground-floor kitchen working exclusively with fresh ingredients—exceptional workspace
👨🍳 Kitchen team: 9 people (5 permanent + apprentices)
🍽️ Capacity: 120 seats
🔹 Average service volume:
• Lunch: 40-60 covers
• Dinner: 70-120 covers
The previous chef held this position for 4.5 years—a great opportunity for long-term growth!

💰 Salary: €3,200 net/month (depending on profile) + tips + 2% business shares after 6 months
