Job Description
RHEA Recruitment, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is looking for a:
CHEF DE CUISINE (M/F) – West Paris Area
Restaurant located in West Paris, offering Neo-Bistronomic, Creative, Market & Seasonal Cuisine.
The restaurant is open 4.5 days a week (closed on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesday lunch). The kitchen opens onto the dining room, featuring excellent equipment (Charvet oven, Pacojet, etc.).
Full creative freedom, while staying within the restaurant’s spirit.
Average service: 60 covers/day Average ticket: €70-75 (menu at €25 for lunch)
You will also oversee stock management, handle orders, manage the kitchen team, and work on technical sheets.
The team consists of 5 people in the kitchen, including 1 dishwasher (3 full-time staff, dishwasher, and 1 apprentice). (The chef has been in the role for 2.5 years).

Conditions:
- Profile: Executive
- Salary: €4,500 (equivalent to €3,500 net before taxes)
- Hours: 4 split shifts and evening service on Tuesdays, with occasional half-days.
- Time off: 2.5 consecutive days: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning
- Starting ASAP.
