HEAD CHEF (M/F) – Paris

A bistronomic restaurant in Paris with a concept centered around classic French bourgeois cuisine // Creation of a menu featuring refined French dishes with high-quality ingredients.
The establishment:

Fully equipped kitchen

Open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday

Team of 4 in the kitchen (great team)

Recently renovated

Average ticket: €30 at lunch, €60+ in the evening

30–50 covers at lunch / 30–50 covers in the evening
Responsibilities:

Menu creation
-
Stock monitoring
-
Planning and scheduling
-
Managing purchase costs
-
Leading a brigade of 5 people
-
Opportunity to handle press/communication regarding the chef
Conditions:

Start date: End of December / beginning of January
-
Contract type: Fixed-term (3–4 months)
Schedule:
-
Split shifts Monday to Thursday, Friday 9:00–15:00

Days off: Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday

Salary: €2,900 net/month
