Job Description

RHEA Recruitment, Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Agency is looking for a


For two neo-fooding style restaurants / eat-in bars ideally located in Paris

The restaurants are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner

Responsibilities: Renewal of the menu every 15 days in both restaurants with required presence during two services at each location.

You will have full creative freedom within the theme Team of 2/3 staff per service


You are recognized for your creativity, rigor, dynamism, and ability to rally the on-site team, consisting of a junior chef and a line cook.

Salary: €4000 gross per month on invoice Status: Self-employed contractor Mission start date: As soon as possible Mission duration: minimum 1 year for this establishment
