EXECUTIVE CHEF (M/F) in the Brittany region
The domain has been completely renovated, a 25-hectare exceptional heritage site, a new place for sharing, conviviality, and celebrations. The Domain allows for the organization of high-end events, unique in Brittany, for professional and private clients, in an intimate or large group setting.
Concept providing exclusively business events (seminars, conferences, team building), family events (weekend parties, weddings, birthdays), events (parties, dinner concerts, private stays (well-being, groups, and family), and private events /46 rooms category 4*.

DNA and ENVIRONMENT:
Spirit “Les Farms” (country houses) can accommodate up to 130 people staying, spread across 6 Farms (32 rooms with hotel comfort equivalent to 4 stars), 3 Lofts (chic dormitories), and at the Castle (6 suites including 2 large suites). Ultimately, up to 200 people can be accommodated with the Lodges.
Objectives: showcase local products and create innovative and contemporary cuisine.
Join a fantastic human and professional development project. You will have in hand a magnificent production tool, 200m2 of professional kitchen in daylight, to create the site’s first menu, with elegance and conviviality.
Everything will be tailor-made, an eco-responsible approach with a vegetable garden and orchard (2 gardeners available).
You join a high-quality team (the event chef has worked for Régis and Jacques Marcon (3***), the pastry chef has mainly worked for Ducasse in training), and your missions will be:
• Organize and manage the entire culinary production process of the Domain
• Design the dishes that will make up your menu and tasting menus
• Plan and build the new catering team, in agreement with the Management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in your kitchen
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through excellent service quality and dishes
• Work closely with the events and accommodation department.
You must have a successful experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a starred gourmet restaurant (as a sous-chef or head chef).
You are passionate, calm, and smiling. You are an excellent manager and a good administrator (purchases and margin control).

Permanent contract (CDI) – Evening and weekend work.
Possible accommodation during the trial period, over 6 months.

Motivating salary / €54,000 annually plus €12,000 annual bonuses
