About the Establishment:
Imagine a hotel where elegance and culinary art meet. This luxury haven features:
- 7 varied restaurants, including a refined dining room, outdoor barbecue, private beach dining, as well as Italian, Asian, teppanyaki, and French specialties.
- An Italian/Mediterranean restaurant, open daily for lunch and dinner, which is at the heart of the gastronomic experience.
Your Role:
As the Italian Head Chef, you will lead a dynamic team of 5 chefs under the supervision of the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for daily culinary excellence, bringing your expertise to deliver exceptional and memorable dishes to our guests.
Package:
- Contract: 1 year (flexible based on your availability)
- Base Salary: 2,500.00 USD per month, with the possibility to negotiate an enhanced package including salary, title, and accommodation
- Bonus: At the owner’s discretion, based on exceptional performance
- Annual Leave: 30 days of paid vacation per year, with a round-trip economy flight ticket
- Weekly Rest: 1 day per week
- Public Holidays: 11 days per year
- Rest and Recreation (R&R): 1x 7 days per year, with a 400.00 USD allowance
- Service Charges: Approximately 1,300.00 USD (variable depending on activity)
- Stewarding Sales: 100.00 USD per month
- Relocation Allowance: 750.00 USD
- Accommodation: Shared twin room accommodation at the resort
- Health Insurance: Included
Ideal Profile: (young profil accepted)
- Nationality: Preference for an Italian or EU candidate
- Passionate about Italian and Mediterranean cuisine
- Proven experience in luxury establishments
- Start Date: As soon as possible
