Environment: 7 restaurants, including an all-day dining restaurant (covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service). (dining room, outdoor barbecue, and private beachfront dining), pool bar, Italian restaurant, Asian fusion restaurant, Teppanyaki, French gastronomy
The Italian/Mediterranean cuisine restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. Team of 5 chefs on-site including the Head Chef
Reporting to the executive chef, the Italian head chef is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant.
PROFILE
Luxury hospitality experience required Minimum 3 years in a gastronomic establishment and 2 years in a similar position In-depth knowledge of HACCP process Excellent level of written and spoken English Proficient computer skills Ability to present confidently, demonstrating strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with assertive leadership qualities Excellent organizational skills and ability to react to different situations with flexibility in a fast-paced environment Exceptional knowledge of brand standards and industry
Preferably of Italian nationality
Conditions:
Contract duration – 1 year – Negotiable Base salary – $2,500.00 USD per month (possibility to negotiate a better offer including salary, title, and accommodation if exceptional profile) Bonus – At owner’s discretion based on performance Annual leave – 30 days paid leave per year with Economy class flight home RDO – 1 day off per week Public holidays – 11 days per year Rest and recreation (R&R)
