Job Description
RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality and Catering professions, is looking for a Luxury Catering Production Chef (new position) in Paris.
DNA: Offering a Michelin-starred restaurant experience in events in France and internationally.

Team to be assembled: 1 Production Chef, 1 Commis, 1 Pastry Chef, 1 Dishwasher. Recruitment needed for a sous-chef.
The kitchen is located in Eastern Paris (near Vincennes).
Key points of the position: Flexibility for last-minute changes. Availability at D-1 at 5 pm every day for event preparations the next day. Cooking with the team the recipes of the Owner Chef. Organization and management of the kitchen team’s schedule, recruitment of extras, and optimization of schedules. Active participation in weekly meetings, analysis of sensitive points, and proposal of solutions.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
General culinary knowledge. Mastery of hygiene rules. Mastery of office tools: Excel, Email, Monday, Ratatool, or other catering software. Availability: phone and computer.
Significant experience in Michelin-starred establishments and luxury caterers.
Conditions:
Start date: As soon as possible. Fixed salary: 2800 euros net/month + variable of 600 euros (based on staff production/food cost & recipe ratios: quality and hygiene) + 13th-month bonus -> significant possibility of salary and responsibility evolution.
Total salary: 3600 euros net/month (4500 gross)/monthly = 54,000 K annual
Schedule: continuous from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour lunch break. Status: Manager. Rest days: 2 days off per week: Saturday and Sunday, except in exceptional cases (paid or recovered). Benefits: 11 annual recovery days, 10 public holidays, lunch meal, and executive health insurance. Vacation: company closure for 10 days at Christmas (from December 22nd to January 5th) and 3 weeks in summer (from July 20th to August 15th).
