RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in the Hospitality and Catering industry, is hiring for the following position:
PASTRY CHEF in Paris
Restaurant with 1 Michelin Star
Excellent working environment with a young and dynamic team.
You will manage and coordinate the entire pastry section.
With your positive attitude, you will work openly and constructively with the Head Chef.
The menu includes 3 desserts and pre-desserts.
Innovative and creative input is highly encouraged.

Conditions:
Start Date: As soon as possible or late August/early September
Salary: 2500 net/month to start + Tips approximately 500 euros (affluent clientele)
Working Hours:
Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: Split shift
Days Off:
Sunday + Monday & Tuesday afternoon (The restaurant is generally closed for 3 weeks in August (with the Olympics, only 2 weeks), 2 weeks in February, and all public holidays)
