A 5-star Boutique Hotel with 14 rooms, recognized as one of the most romantic hotels in the world, featuring a 1-Michelin-starred restaurant located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

We are looking for a Junior Pastry Chef with ideally significant experience in upscale establishments.

In close collaboration with the head chef, you will be responsible for creating desserts, managing your team, stock, orders, and inventories.

Your creations should delight the eyes and taste buds of the guests. Your talent should combine creative flair and technical skills to achieve an original, perfectly executed result consistently every day.

Key words: creativity, organization, precision, skill. A profession of art and precision.

Team to build: a section chef, a commis, and interns.


  • You are effective in helping people around you progress (4 staff in winter and summer, plus interns).
  • A passion for high-level pastry.
  • Ability to innovate and blend flavors.
  • A desire for long-term commitment.

Additional information:

Position available: ASAP Salary according to profile: $3000 net/month Accommodation provided initially

Permanent contract (Reopening on December 18th, then from January to the end of March, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, then fully open 7/7).
