RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Food & Beverage, is currently seeking an Executive Head Chef – Paris.

A neo-fine-dining establishment with strong culinary ambitions is looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef. This strategic position is aimed at a profile capable of structuring a kitchen, embodying a clear vision, and leading a modern gastronomic project.

Location: Paris (confidential address, shared with shortlisted candidates)

Profile sought:

  • Proven experience in gastronomy, bistronomy, or contemporary cuisine.

  • Ability to lead a team, manage service, and structure kitchen operations.

  • Creativity, discipline, autonomy, and a strong product-driven mindset.

  • A genuine desire to invest in an ambitious project under development.

Conditions:

  • Evening service only, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Salary: €4,600 gross/month (€3,642 net)

  • Permanent contract (CDI)
