Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in the Hospitality and Restaurant industries, is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial (M/F) in Paris. This position is for a prestigious brand specializing in the sale of gourmet products.

Job Description:

Location: Paris

Environment: Prestigious brand specializing in the sale of gourmet products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the existing portfolio within the defined geographical area (Paris & Ile de France).
  • Prospect new clients.
  • Highlight the company’s strengths and product/service ranges through effective argumentation.
  • Organize tours, including prospecting, set visit objectives, and provide visit reports.
  • Analyze and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Report information on clients and competition.
  • Daily management of client reporting.

Work Schedule:

  • You will be fully autonomous during the week from Monday to Friday 12 PM.
  • A reporting and objective-setting meeting will be held every Friday afternoon at the office.

Profile:

  • Proactive and autonomous with a customer-centric approach.
  • Commercial or culinary-related degree.
  • Curious with a constant desire for self-improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability and sales skills are essential for the successful completion of tasks.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or the hospitality industry.
  • Field experience is essential.
  • Good knowledge of the restaurant industry.

Conditions:

  • Starting date: FEBRUARY 2024.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday during the day.
  • Salary: €2800-€3000 gross/month plus bonuses based on objectives (up to €10,000).
  • Company car, phone, and computer provided.
