Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specializing in Hospitality and Catering, is hiring for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager (M/F) in Paris.

The restaurant, a NEO FOODING establishment offering bistronomic cuisine, opened its doors two months ago and operates from Monday to Friday for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Seating capacity: 50 covers Average Spend: €70 HT

Team: 4 staff in the dining room (team to be assembled)

Reporting to the manager, here are your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth restaurant service; taking orders and providing recommendations.
  • Assist with recording customer reservations.
  • Welcome and seat customers in the dining area.
  • Prepare bills and handle payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

For 3 evenings a week, you will be the restaurant’s point of contact, handling reception, customer follow-up, cashing up, and closing duties.


  • A detail-oriented individual with experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in professional and business English is a plus.
  • Some knowledge of sommellerie would be advantageous.


  • Full-time permanent contract (44 hours per week).
  • Salary based on experience: €2300-2500 net.
  • Shift pattern: 1-2 splits and 3 closures (7-8 services per week).
  • Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
