Job Description
RHEA, a specialized recruitment agency in Hospitality and Catering, is hiring for the position of RESTAURANT MANAGER (M/F) in Paris.
Michelin Guide 1-star restaurant
Environment: Team including a head sommelier, a restaurant manager, and a hostess Establishment open 4.5 days a week -> closed on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for lunch (closed for two weeks in February, three weeks in August, and almost all public holidays)
Objective: Aiming for the second Michelin star
Responsibilities:
Profile: You are an excellent team manager, and you are fluent in English. You have significant experience in high-volume environments.
Conditions: Full-time, Permanent contract (CDI) Salary: €2700 net plus bonuses based on turnover, in tiers (on average, your fixed salary will be between €4500 net to €5000 net/month) Status: Executive Days off: two and a half consecutive days Start date: ASAP (but if it’s a strong profile, we can wait for the right candidate)
