Job Description

RHEA, a recruitment agency specialized in the Hospitality and Restaurant industry, is hiring for the position of RESTAURANT DIRECTOR (H/F) in Paris.

Conceptual restaurant open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner
Open kitchen, counter-style cuisine

Average lunch attendance: 35 covers
Average dinner attendance: 55 covers
Average Ticket: €45 excluding taxes

Service Team: 1 Director / 1 Assistant Director / 3 CDR (2 full-time and 1 part-time)

Your MISSION:
Management:

Team coordination
Coordination of workflow with the kitchen
Task and activity delegation
Supervision of service-related activities
Daily and periodic task inventory and repair
Briefing animation, welcome, and staff integration
Handling customer and/or staff problems and conflicts
Direct intervention in service activities when necessary
Monitoring service progress
Communication and liaison between departments
Control of service team activities during service
Implementation of team strategy and objectives
PROFILE:
You are an excellent team manager with proficiency in English. You have significant experience in trendsetting and conceptual environments.

ADVANTAGES:

Salary: €50,000 per year
Status: executive (218 days)
Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
Two consecutive days off on Sunday and Monday
Start date: as soon as possible
