Restaurant Director (M/F) – Opening March 2025
The Concept
A stylish, high-end brasserie in the heart of Paris, located in an iconic venue, open 7 days a week, for both lunch and dinner. With 160 seats, the space can also transform into an event venue, allowing private bookings to host up to 1,000 guests—making this an ambitious and exciting project.
Your Responsibilities
Working closely with the founders, you will manage all aspects of front-of-house operations and service. You will lead a team of 50 to 60 employees and play an active role in recruitment.
An internal one-month training will be provided in another restaurant within the group (the flagship location), allowing you to become fully immersed in the group’s culture and familiar with the team and leadership.
